Philip J. Galasso, M.D. Internal Medicine

Internal Medicine

Dr. Galasso earned his medical degree from U.C.L.A. School of Medicine. He completed his internal medicine residency at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX.

Dr. Galasso received his fellowship training in advanced general medicine from Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, MN.

Dr. Galasso is board-certified in internal medicine. He is a Fellow of the America College of Physicians.

He was listed in the 3rd and 4th editions of “The Best Doctors in America” Central Region. Dr. Galasso was a full-time academic general internist at Texas Tech University Health Science Center from 1990 to 1999.

He worked at the University Medical Center North Hills Clinic from 1999 to 2003.

Dr. Galasso joined Arizona Community Physicians at the Camp Lowell Medical Specialists location in December 2003.

Daniel A. Graybill, M.D. Internal Medicine

Dr. Graybill completed medical school at Tufts University in Boston, MA., his internship at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center, Santa Clara, CA. and his residency at the Miriam Hospital, Brown University, Providence, RI.

He also completed a general public health and preventative medicine residency at university of California, San Diego and San Diego State University. He worked as a staff physician in San Diego, Los Angeles, and Orange Country areas from 1993-1996.

Dr. Graybill is a board-eligible primary care physician specializing in internal medicine and general preventative medicine. his special interests include chronic diseased prevention and sports medicine.

Dr. Graybill received his M.A. from Harvard University, 1989; M.P.H. from Yale University, 1983; and his B.A. from University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, 1981.

Dr. Graybill joined Arizona Community Physicians at the Camp Lowell Medical Specialists location in December 2003 after working at University Medical Center since 1998.

Mimi Algazi, M.D. Dermatology

Dr. Mimi Algazi joined the Camp Lowell Medical Specialists in November 2010. Dr. Algazi has been practicing Dermatology since 1994.
Dr. Algazi holds a BA in Physics from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She earned her medical degree from the University of California at San Diego School of Medicine.

Upon graduating, Dr. Algazi completed an internship in Internal Medicine at the University of California at Los Angeles Medical Center. Subsequently, she completed a dermatology residency at the University of Arizona where she served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Algazi is fluent in Spanish and French as well as English. She was a founder of the Tucson Dermatology Society in 2006 and served as an officer in 2006 and 2007.
She was a Director of the Arizona Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery Society in 2010

Jennifer Suriano, M.D. Internal Medicine

Dr. Suriano is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician that specializes in Primary Care, complex disease management and preventive health care.

She is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, an honorary designation given to recognize ongoing individual service and contributions to the practice of medicine.
Dr. Suriano attended medical school at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine. She simultaneously completed a master’s degree in public health as part of the combined MD/MPH program.

She received her Internal Medicine Residency training at the University of Arizona Internal Medicine Residency Program and then served an additional year as Chief Resident.

Dr. Suriano practiced at North Hills Clinic in Tucson, Arizona from 2006 – 2016. She then relocated her practice to Arizona Community Physicians at the Camp Lowell Medical Specialists location in November of 2016.

She has been listed several times as one of the “Best Doctors of America.”

Sandra Dostert, D.O. Family Medicine

Dr. Dostert is a board certified Family Medicine Physician focusing on health maintenance and disease management for all family members. Her special interests are wellness, pediatrics, and women’s health. As an osteopathic physician, she has also been trained in osteopathic manipulation and looks forward to offering this treatment modality to her patients.

Dr. Dostert attended medical school at The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines and completed a rotating internship through Michigan State University in Lansing. She then completed her Family Medicine Residency at the Medical Center of Delaware and served an additional year as Chief Resident.

Dr. Dostert practiced full spectrum Family Medicine including obstetrics and inpatient care in Alamogordo, New Mexico from 1995-2004. She then moved to Tucson and most recently has been doing urgent care and ER work.

Joining Arizona Community Physicians at the Camp Lowell Medical Specialists location in January of 2018, she is excited to once again care for families.

Dr. Lisan S. Peng, M.D., PhD Dermatology

Dr. Lisan Peng is a Tucson native who was born and raised in the Old Pueblo. Despite doing medical school at UCLA and her residency at Yale– she is a Wildcat for life after growing up in town and completing her undergraduate education at the U of A.

Dr. Peng joins ACP after spending the last 10 years in private practice and at the University of Arizona.

She practices medical dermatology and has a particular interest in the management of skin cancer.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Christian Moher, M.D. Family Medicine

Family Medicine

Christian Moher is a Board-Certified Family Physician, and his practice focuses on Primary Care and Preventive Medicine for Adults. He has a special interest in chronic disease management, behavioral health (including depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders), and end-of-life care. He believes in using the least amount of medication for the shortest amount of time, and believes in the restorative power of exercise, healthy diet, a positive attitude, and restful sleep to help us age in a healthy way.

Dr. Moher received his BA in English Literature in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and then his Medical Doctorate from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Tucson in 1999. He served his internship and residency in Family Medicine at the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. He has been back in Tucson since 2004 and is very excited to be joining the amazing team at Camp Lowell Medical Specialists.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Moher is married to a brilliant pediatrician, and has a son and a daughter who are attending the University of Arizona. He plays a ton of basketball and pickleball, has an active hot yoga practice, is a writer and poet, and plays keyboards and sings (occasionally!) in Tucson Desert Rock Legends SQWRL.

In 2018 the National Council for Behavioral Health awarded him the National Physician of the Year for his work on Integrated Care and the Opiate Epidemic. He was the first primary care physician to receive this award.

Daniel Luccock , M.D. Family Medicine

Dan Luccock is a Family Medicine Physician with particular interests in preventive medicine, wellness, and health optimization. Bolstered by his own hobbies and active lifestyle, he aims to help lead his patients to wellness through a balance of evidence-based medicine, mental health and exercise.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Dr. Luccock grew up exploring in the mountains and received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. After working in Information Technology for more than a decade, he pursued his true interest in medicine and moved East where he received his Medical Doctorate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019. With his heart truly in the West, he and his wife traveled to Arizona where he completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Arizona in June 2022.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Luccock has a passion for adventuring in the outdoors. He spent years as a volunteer SCUBA diver at Denver Aquarium and contributed to conservation research for a threatened species in the mountains of Colorado, all while honing his photography skills photographing animals above and below water. An avid rock climber, cyclist and skier, he spends as much of his free time with friends and family in these pursuits. His wife and two cats recently welcomed their first child into their world and cannot wait to explore it with her.

Michelle Colby,NP

Michelle has worked in healthcare since becoming a Registered Nurse in 2013. She spent several years working in the hospital on neuroscience and cardiovascular floors and in the Emergency Department. She graduated from Carson-Newman University with her Master of Science in Nursing in 2020 and has since worked urgent care and employee health as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She recently moved to Arizona from Tennessee and is excited to start working for ACP as she values developing a relationship with patients through primary care. She strives to team with her patients to determine the best plan of care for disease prevention and treatment.

Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family. She loves to hike, travel, read books/audiobooks and play board games.

Bosa Balesevic, NP

Bosa Balesevic, NP

Bosa comes to us from Chicago, IL where she was born and lived most of her life. While living in Eastern Europe for 4 years, she expanded on her perception and appreciation for cultural diversity.
Bosa possesses over a decade of healthcare experience. In 2011, she graduated with her Bachelor’s in Nursing Science from Chamberlain University. She gained extensive experience working as a registered nurse in various fields including cardiac/neuro/psych for 2 major hospitals in the Chicagoland area.
Her passion for dermatology ignited while providing wound care to bed bound patients.
While at Northwestern Medicine, she gained 6 years of experience in general dermatology, Mohs surgery as well as cosmetic dermatology. During this time, she obtained her Master’s in Nursing Science as a Nurse Practitioner in 2022, graduating with honors.
She strives to provide holistic, compassionate care. She hopes to empower her patients through education and strongly believes that an empowered patient has greater health outcomes.
Bosa is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association.
When she isn’t working, she enjoys being active, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her niece and nephew.
